Bill Bradley dropped out before my state's primary. He was gone before I had time to read much about him. I like his proposal to lower taxes and close loopholes. A simpler tax code will become necessary as accountants and tax lawyers become unaffordable luxuries in our shrinking economy.

Do you also remember Carter?

So far I've voted for 3 Democrat presidential candidates. I've voted for: McGovern ('72), Carter ('78) and Clinton ('92).

On the other side I went with GHW Bush ('88) and Romney (2016).

I was so disappointed in 2016 when Trump was nominated. I was hoping for a voting symmetry of 3 Democrats, 3 Republicans, and 6 none of the above.
