After reporting their findings to the January 6 Select Committee, he was asked to turn over the information he and his team gleaned from “obscure interviews and podcasts from the planners, leaders and participants” in the insurrection attempt on the Capitol Building.

In doing so, Filipkowski made himself a target of the extreme right’s hatred and violence. It should take little time for trump himself to encourage his 74 million cultists to avenge Filipkowski’s patriotic efforts.
