Absentee Voter requesting ballot, the risk for fraud declines sufficiently as opposed to mailing out ballots purely based on voter register. The registered voter could be dead, mentally incapacitated, or no longer in the district.

Democrats rail about how Trump is unqualified as not being a professional politician. They have us there. With few exceptions, republicans run for office, get in on their own, serve their term then go back to private life as the Founders intended.

Whereas democrats like the Pelosi family, the father gets into office, helps his brother get into office, then soon, half the family, relatives, neighbors and friends are all holding some direct or indirect elected or political office.

That is democrat's criticism of Trump--- they won't consider Trump a "pro" until like them, Melania and all of Trump's kids and step-family are all holding political office.
