Forget the laws of NYC. Protect yourself!

Penny strangled a smaller, unarmed man to death. This is nothing to be proud of.

I agree, the politicians have failed. You see, in the past, we didn't have a "homeless" problem. The mentally ill were confined to institutions. Then some idiots on the Supreme Court ruled you can't lock a mentally ill person up unless he is an immediate danger. if you give him his meds, and he calms down, he's no longer an immediate danger and you release him. then he stops taking his meds and becomes a danger again.

The states stopped funding hospitals in favor of "halfway houses".

But since we aren't going to invest the resources to get people like Sebastian Zapeta-Calil or Jordan Neely off the streets and into care, we are going to have to learn to live with them.
Penney didn’t strangle anyone to death. The testimony showed that every time Penney tried to back off on force he was attacked again. He and the other two passengers were trying to use minimal force against a violent, mentally ill criminal who had multiple warrants out for the same abusive behavior and a long criminal record.

When your President is able to avoid prosecution because he is mentally incompetent to stand trial and still be able to start new world wars, there is plenty of opportunity in this great nation for the mentally ill. In fact, it may well be an advantage in this new landscape we are creating.
None of that has happened.

That the actual fuck are you babbling about?

No. I'm not going to put up with that nonsense on the subway. If that guy tries it my personal space, he will get zapped.

Again: the politicians have failed, and tried to send Daniel Penny to prison for a long time for daring to do what needed to be done. I just saw a video of a woman getting lit on fire and kiled by an illegal alien while a cop strolled on by, doing nothing.

You're on your own at this stage.
Penny belongs in the same cell as Rittenhouse.

Not according to a jury of his peers, he does not, LEFTY.
I'm not a Rittenhouse fan. He went looking for trouble, found it, and only then, defended himself. Penny belongs a free man and did the subway car, the city, and the world, a favor.

Go cry a river elsewhere.

Do away with warning labels, and it will help. Won't solve it, but it will help.

You should really blame the asylum employees for having been torturous and evil. That's why they ended up being shut down.
They were shut down in part because they were expensive to operate. A percentage of those patients were violent. And there were patients' rights also.

OK, I'll buy that as a part. But it was the "I can do anything that I want to this locked up crazy person, because no one will believe them if they accuse me", that brought out the worst in the people working there. The discovery turned people's stomachs, and they were all closed down.

Mentally ill individuals should not be on the streets. They should not be "homeless". Many.of them can't take care of themselves, and bother others. They should be institutionalized when necessary.

New York needs more Penny's

I just told you why we're not going back to that.
