Even more alarming to Americans with a BMI above 25, those Haitian immigrants also eat......perish the thought.....well, they also eat their vegetables!!! Often enough they are American vegetables, locally grown vegetables, to boot.

I was at the Wal-Mart Superstore today and noted (how could I not?) the stress-tests so many YogaPants were undergoing. And so too, so many T-shirts manly attempting to cover all of a hairy belly.

In short, those Hattians may truly be on to something (how many fat Hatians do you see?)

I mean by that, a diet leaning a bit more towards vegetables...AND......a Fido or Tabby chili may well be the secret to actually wearing one's clothing actually out.
Rather than stretching and stressing 'em out.
