Baseball players love their fans....they need them.
They don't like "karens" in the stands at all....they know they exist as they are everywhere. But they WANT you to come to games to see them play.

From AAA to minor leagues games (which are a lot more affordable and exciting than AAA) watching a baseball game is awesome.
Something about sipping a brew in the summer heat, popcorn, dogs, peanuts while watching a game is just fun.

Of course you root for your home team....but it's just the watching that's the best part.

I've seen both AAA and minors. Minor league games are more fun. They usually leave the pitcher in too long. Get the signals messed up. Blue can't get the calls right....and hear about it afterwards.

The dugouts coming to their feet when there's a reason to fight...(never seen them empty out though)

Big attendance events are currently suffering. The numbers just aren't there.
The stands are half empty or more since Covid. Even Nascar is down. Concerts are down. Everything is down in numbers.

Meaning there isn't enough money to pay the players anymore. (Ticket prices have gone up so much too....scalpers are in dire straights)

They are going to have to figure something out soon.

The dad was at a loss of anything else he could do.
He had his whole family there which was a bunch of women. Wife and daughter were just out of camera angle. What else was he supposed to do? Get in a fight? Smack that Karen into next week? Get assault charges? He woulda been sued into poverty. His family then would be homeless over a stupid $7 baseball.

Mom could have stepped up if they knew anything about baseball and what is fair game or not. But she was 4 people away.
So not really....

I'm sure that this Karen is learning ALL about the consequences that are going to keep coming for the foreseeable future. She MIGHT be able to survive fast food.....certainly not be able to enjoy a meal in a regular restaurant or go to another Phillies game again. The harassment will be off the hook.

Only wild animals behave in such a fashion....a mere brute beast.

Meaning.....she has zero morals and only a self preservation instinct driven completely by her wants and fears. She knew beyond all shadow of doubt that she, by being ugly, angry, and loud she could get herself a toy she wanted.....meaning she is manipulative without cause or reason beyond the momentary pleasure.
