You had deal with Finland about these bomb shelters and underground places. Very familiar to me. Finns have swimming halls . Indoor court etc etc parking halls all full bombshelters if needed but in peace time in good use.
For the first time in Ukraine, US restaurant McDonald’s will open underground.
