1. It seems that not a great number of government school grads love America.

2. They only taught the bad things about the country, and lots of those were simply lies.....stolen land, wonderful native Americans who cherished the land, that sort of thing.

3. They made Nazis the very worst and communists our allies and not that bad......actually the very opposite of the truth, but it hid the communist traits of the Democrat Party.

4. Now that the party has admitted that it is socialist/communist, the above facts become known.

5. You can be socialist/communist/Democrat........or you can be American as defined by the only document the people have agreed to be governed by, the US Constitution.

Let's prove it:

The U.S. Constitution is based on freedom, not socialism
It was designed to protect individual liberties and limit government power, which is the opposite of socialism's emphasis on collective control and centralized government. The Constitution establishes a system with separation of powers, checks and balances, and federalism to prevent tyranny and safeguard individual rights like freedom of speech, religion, and property.
Key principles of the Constitution related to freedom
  • Individual liberty: The Constitution and its amendments, especially the Bill of Rights, protect fundamental individual freedoms, including speech, religion, and assembly.
  • Limited government: It was designed to prevent government overreach through mechanisms like the separation of powers, checks and balances, and federalism.
  • Protection of private property: The Constitution upholds the right to private property, which is a core principle that contrasts with socialist economic models that advocate for collective ownership.
  • Popular sovereignty: The Constitution establishes that the government's power comes from the people, not the state, ensuring a government accountable to its citizens.

NO ONE can Make you hate your country.
Its for sure that we have every right to be disappointed in our politicians,
We pay them good wages.
So explain why they are unable to work out a compromise that works better than a shut down government?

Socialism and communism can't be that bad. Look at Venezuela and Cuba. Seriously though, all this rhetoric about socialism is great for getting the people on board for a revolution. After the revolution socialism becomes authoritarian. But, this time will be different, honest!

Oh yeah…that’s the mantra. These new gen voters are morons.

They are all corrupt. People are too caught up in the sensational headlines that tug at emotions to ever look beneath the surface of modern American politics. There is a lot of money flowing through DC and the two parties are locked in a fight to the death for the lion's share of it. It is so ridiculous that people actually think the federal government is working for the people.

You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head. . .

But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow . . .

I do so believe you are correct.
Love the Beetles reference.

Actually "first" they removed God from schools and society. What's transpired since was easily predicted.
Of course you are right.

There was NEVER any "wall of separation between church and state.

There is no such concept in any of Amerian founding documents, including the works of Jefferson.

As for the famous “separation of church and state,” the phrase appears in no federal document. In fact, at the time of ratification of the Constitution, ten of the thirteen colonies had some provision recognizing Christianity as either the official, or the recommended religion in their state constitutions.

From the 1790 Massachusetts Constitution, written by John Adams, includes: [the] good order and preservation of civil government essentially depend(s) upon piety, religion, and morality…by the institution of public worship of God and of the public instruction in piety, religion, and morality…”Constitution of Massachusetts - Wikipedia

North Carolina Constitution, article 32, 1776: “That no person who shall deny the being of God, or the truth of the Protestant religion, or the divine authority of either the Old or New Testaments, or who shall hold religious principles incompatible with the freedom and safety of the State, shall b e capable of holding any office, or place of trust or profit, in the civil department, within this State.”
Constitution of North Carolina, 1776

So, the Founders intention was to be sure that the federal government didn’t do the same, and mandate a national religion. And when Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptists in 1802, it was to reassure them the federal government could not interfere in their religious observations, i.e., there is “a wall of separation between church and state.”
A one-way wall that stops government but allow each the liberty of their religious belieffs.

He wasn’t speaking of religion contaminating the government, but of the government contaminating religious observance.

The emasculation of America’s history and heritage can be traced directly to the 32nd President, who wedded America to the world’s greatest homicidal psychopath, and made America comfortable to the neo-Marxism from which we suffer today.

More directly, Franklin Roosevelt made, as his first Supreme Court nominee, KKKer Hugo Black who is responsible for inserting the phrase ‘separation of church and state’ into our judicial protocol.

“…where does that phrase come from? It comes from one brief letter that Thomas Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptist Association in 1802.At the end of a very long sentence in which Jefferson affirms his conviction that religious belief should be a private matter, and that the government should not interfere with such matters, he uses the phrase “building a wall of separation between Church & State.” And that’s where the phrase lived, undisturbed—lost in Jefferson’s voluminous correspondence—for almost 150 years.”

For context, a Connecticut community of Baptists, admirers of Jefferson, wrote to him about their fear that a federal government would ban their form of worship. The Founders intention was to be sure that the federal government didn’t do that, and mandate a national religion. And when Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptists in 1802, it was to reassure them the federal government could not interfere in their religious observations, i.e., there is “a wall of separation between church and state.” That is a one-way wall: separating government from religion, but not religion from government.

Most Americans do not "hate" the country
, but the percentage expressing high levels of national pride has reached a record low, and there are significant partisan and generational divides in how Americans feel about the U.S..

Now let's test you.

For many years we on the Right have claimed that you subscribe to a party based on a foreign ideology. Now it is clear and out in the open.

The Mamdani Democrat party stands for abolishing private property, socialis/communism, anti-Semitism, and racism.

And a Dem Senator said this should be the direction of the party.

Obama has made it clear he is down with this Marxist.

If the direction of the Democrat Party, nationally, mirrors that of Mamdani, Bernie, and AOC, will you vote Democrat?

Mamdani proposed increasing taxes on white neighborhoods –
A document on his website explains the policy idea to “shift the tax burden from overtaxed homeowners in the outer boroughs to more expensive homes in richer and whiter neighborhoods.”

Mamdani is already leaning into his socialist views, telling CNN that he has “many critiques of capitalism.
….he would eliminate fares on all city buses
......he plans to address the cost of food by creating city-owned grocery stores that will pay no rent or property taxes, buy and sell at wholesale prices from centralized warehouses and partner with local vendors to keep prices down.
.... raise NYC's minimum wage to $30

"Pressed on whether New York’s Jewish population could depend on him to protect them with antisemitic attacks on the rise in the United States, the candidate answered emphatically: “Antisemitism is not simply something that we should talk about."www.the-independent.com

Zohran Mamdani’s political positions, from Trump and ICE to Israel
Progressive shocks front-runner Andrew Cuomo in New York City mayoral race with stunning upset
www.the-independent.com www.the-independent.com

... won the New York City primary race because of his support for Palestine,

I am looking for thinking Democrats, who understand what WaPo wrote:

The Post agrees, and they give the entire game away in their headline: Zohran Mamdani’s victory is bad for New York and the Democratic Party.

Where do you stand?
Are you an American or will you vote Bolshevik if the Democrat Party tells you to???

We can be a bit more descriptive.

"Over the past 100 years the most oppressive ideology in the world has been communism [Marxism]. While the people who lived under it were starved, tortured and murdered, its leaders lived in luxury.
The suppression of ordinary people by their communist rulers far surpasses anything capitalist employers were ever accused of doing. While condemning exploitation, communist dictators turned out to be masters at it.

a. R.J. Rummel estimates that almost 170 million people were killed in the 20th century by their own governments. These are not deaths in war. They are the victims of genocide by the governments in the countries where they lived. Hate on the Left

Because democrats are loyal to those here illegally.
  • Contrary to the term itself, Kamala has stated that illegal aliens are not criminals
  • She has stated that she wishes to decriminalize illegally crossing the border, similar to the way Democrats have decriminalized shoplifting.
  • She has argued against, not the death penalty, just the death penalty for cop killers
  • She favors defunding the police
  • She authored a fund to bail out domestic terrorists, called the Minnesota Freedom Fund.
  • Joining Communist Bernie Sanders in “Medicare For All,” in which she argues for all private health insurance. BTW, some 220 million Americans have private health insurance, 65% of the population
  • Kamala plans to include all the illegals in the Medicare plan
  • Eliminate and ban all fracking which produces 64% of the total crude oil produced in the United States in 2023.
  • She supported a law which bans arrests for shoplifting under $950.
  • She supports indicting Israel for war crimes against Hamas
  • Believes in banning internal combustion engines, allowing only electric vehicles.
  • As Attn’y General, her office supported Prop 57 that put rapists and murders back on the street after serving a fraction of their sentence
  • Supported a state law that keeps parents from knowing about the indoctrination of their children toward gender transition
  • When the nation was wracked by Democrat-fueled George Floyd riots Kamala said the riots should not stop:

“As a U.S. senator from California from 2017 to 2021, she had a more leftist voting record even than socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders, Vermont independent.” Harris had a more leftist voting record in Senate than Sanders

Kamala wrote “Trump supports a national abortion ban.” Of course that is a lie. Kamala Harris na Instagramie : "Donald Trump supports a national abortion ban. President @JoeBiden and I will do everything in our power to stop him and restore women's reproductive freedom."

And this...
a. Drivers licenses for illegal aliens
b. Free healthcare for illegal aliens
c. Free college education for illegal aliens
d. Tampon machines in boys bathrooms from 4th grade on
e. No law enforcement during the George Floyd riots that Kamala encouraged (wife lived the smell of burning tires)
f. Strict enforcement of the bogus Covid restrictions; demanded reporting of individuals who didn't follow Covid restrictions
g. "Gender-affirming care for minors"
h..Big abortion champ
i. Picked by communist Bernie Sanders; called socialism "neighborliness."
j.Carbon-free agenda, getting rid of internal combustion engine cars
k. Convicted felons to vote
l. "Under Walz's tenure, Minnesota has become a war zone. Once heralded as one of the least crime-ridden states in the nation, violent homicides in Minnesota are now up 71 percent. Carjackings in Minneapolis are up 548 percent.19 hours ago

Great post, as usual. Thank you.

And yet Marxist ideas are more popular than ever in the US. I really think Marx wrote his manifesto as powerful propaganda for revolutionists to use to cause revolutions with better support from the populace, but not for the new leadership to use after the revolution succeeds. Anyway, if America eventually falls for the socialism trap, it deserves everything that happens afterwards.
