My first wife so spooked me that when Wife 2 filed for her divorce from me, I immediately shut her out of the bank account by closing it and opening a new account she never touched.
Wife 2 I always believed got a divorce due to pressure from her church. They tried to convert me but I refused their efforts.

My work was at a Real Estate office and I was super busy all day long. We had children and I tried hard to be home when the kids were home. She left for work around 3 pm daily. She was working after I was in bed fast asleep. It was her choice to work swing shift. Her job was around 30 miles distant too and her sex life at work happened she told me at the plant she worked for.

I know in missouri if you try and hide joint money in private account and dont disclose it is a crime,,
pretty sure thats the law in most if not all states,,
thats why I said to convert it to cash and say you lost it all gambling,,
and its dishonest of you to play word games by sayin "new account"
you clearly said you took all of the joint monies and moved them,,
its not as simple as opening a new account,,
you intentional did it to hide joint money,,

My first wife did what you said above. But in CA she did not commit a crime. CA is that screwed up. When wife 2 filed for divorce, it was what Wife 1 did to me that triggered me. And the bank did not claim I broke a law nor did any court or prosecutor charge me for it. It was in CA as I told you. I had an account I opened just for Wife 2. And she put the chocks to me by not paying bills for our home.

if she took joint funds and moved them and didnt disclose them is illegal,,
if its in a bank account while you are still married it still belongs to both of you,,
if your lawyer wasnt smart enough to know this is irrelevant,,
