But if you stick it out....you'll know at the end whether or not it was all worth it.

If the relationship is unsalvageable, your better off ending it while you're still young.

Course if your wife ruined you for everyone else (like mine did).....then it's best to stick it out.
Frankly, I'd rather have her back than have to look for anyone else who I might click with.

Lucky for me my wife was married twice before she met me, and got all of that out of her system.

Staying with a person after they have cheated may only make them think that they can continue to cheat. My dad for example made it as clear as glass that he had no intention of ever knocking off certain things and so my mom divorced him.

You do have a point about the kids seeing what's been done, but maybe them seeing it is what should happen. If their mother is a cheater, she is most definitely not setting the right example for the kids and so their dad has to do it and if anything, he may have done the very thing that his kids need to learn. When something over the line far enough wrong is being done, you do not just sit there and let it continue. Instead, you blow that whistle on the guilty person especially if it is something illegally wrong that only hurts other people. Remaining silent will only make you an enabler.

There are best and awful ways to handle situations and that guy scored a zero .
First , he and his wife should have sorted out matters as far as that was possible before they both informed their kids of the situation .Privately .
Similarly with wider family and close friends .

The last thing that guy should have done was to go on a public revenge trip .
That helped nobody except it helped him think that somehow he deserved to be jury , judge and public executioner .
Possibly he thought he could be a viral scorned internet star and get his 15 minutes of fame .
Tactless , classless and immature .

^^^ I disagree. If the woman is a serial cheater or anything else for that matter, what the man did should be appreciated. In other words, it isn't the man's fault that anything had to be reported in any way in the first place. At the end of the day, it all comes down to what the woman was more than willing to be guilty of and yeah, if she is more than willing to be guilty of one thing, who knows what else could be on her track record and if she is guilty of anything more, it could be way worse activity than just cheating. Therefore, maybe tactless, classless, and immature activity is what should be done in return since she was the one who was more than willing to make such a move first.
