Mexico has been having gas theft a long time for years. It looks like since the New President has put the Military on point to stop the pipeline thefts things are blowing up. Mexico has had a long History of crooked President and officials not long ago their was the report of the past President being paid $100,000,000.00 by one of the Cartels. Everyone has a price and he did not sell out as a cheap one. Also reported was the Mayor of a Unknown Mexican City that was arrested by the US Border patrol with a false Passport at the Border.
