What is wrong with you??? That isnt what is being debated. Read again. I'll bold for the learning impaired.

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A federal judge has ordered the release of hundreds of migrants arrested in the Chicago area, including some arrested under the Department of Homeland Security's "Operation Midway Blitz," by Nov. 21 after finding their arrests could have violated a 2022 consent decree.

U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Cummings sided with attorneys for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) representing detainees who said DHS violated a consent decree that limits the ability of federal agents to conduct warrantless arrests.

Of course the Biden regime would enter into such a decree, it's not binding on the Trump admin. Don't know it you've noticed, there's a new sheriff in town. And you can bet this lawfare will be appealed. Dems are famous for their sue and settle BS.

You don’t know how to count or read or both

You are counting cases were suits have just been filed as losses
No. I just counted wins and losses quickly. Here is a 21-6 summary. Feel free to recap your lie that I just destroyed with actual, you know... my favorite word... DATA.

Clearly Government LOSSES

These all involve either:

  • Moreno Gonzalez v. Noem — TRO granted against Noem → LOSS ✔️
  • Noem v. Ellis — Government appealing an adverse order → LOSS ✔️
  • Illinois v. Noem — TRO against conditions → LOSS ✔️
  • Illinois v. FEMA — Summary judgment for plaintiffs → LOSS ✔️
  • Los Angeles Press Club v. Noem — PI appeal of a ruling adverse to govt → LOSS ✔️
  • L.G.M.L. v. Noem — PI blocking removal of minors → LOSS ✔️

:laughing0301: Get past your bought and paid for wins using the fed judges provided by Biden and Obama.
Any judge can play politics and the democrats are the best at cherry picking when they are judge shopping.
Go to the Appellate and Supreme Court where wins and losses actually do count.
You are a very disingenuous communist, CityGator.

By the way do you even know what all those cases are about? I thought we were on
a SPECIFIC subject.

  • 234 active cases challenging Trump administration actions (this numbers consider a suit filed in district court and appeals that arise from the original suit as one case)
  • 19 suits by the Trump administration challenging state or local laws
  • 17 Supreme Court stays or orders to vacate lower court orders
  • 1 Supreme Court affirmation of a lower court order

You idiot. That is a made up number.

Immigrants and particularly undocumented immigrants are far less likely than US citizens to commit murder.

This judge just motivated ICE to expedite the deportations of these people by the 21st or move them to a facility outside the judge's reach. These criminals should be sent to Alaska and barred from commercial air travel. They can take a train or bus back. Maybe Canada will keep them, or they can properly be denied entry at the northern border.

No, I posted the law that gives the AG the power to determine who may be released and the conditions of the release. Not some unelected biden judge.

15th post
Not related to the case. They were illegally kidnapped.

No, they are here illegally and they were legally detained as prescribed by law. If they were actually kidnapped they wouldn't have to post bond or submit to electronic monitoring. So save the propaganda.

I'll be more than glad to compare educations. Any day. Let me know.

I didnt say they invented it genius. The term was popularized to describe the rapid, mobile warfare tactics used by Nazi Germany in the early years of World War II. That describes what Trump is using it for, a rapid, mobile warfare tactic.
Not what you said originally, but nice back-pedal.
