You can impeach a president if you don't like them now. Thanks to Pelosi, so yes the impeachment will start in December. The only reason is so they can make Biden's bank records public and prove he is bought and paid for.

It wasn`t he that was caught red handed trying to shakedown a foreign leader in an attempt to rig his own election. Nor was it Biden who incited a deadly riot where goons beat up 130 cops.

Him admitting to withholding aid, in exchange for firing the lead investigator. Investigating corruption in the company that his SON runs. Is an impeachable offense, if he wasn't dumb enough to brag about it on TV. Nobody would know anything about it.
