Ferguson and the culture of violence

Both sides are at fault. The city officials and their so called "police officers" who believe the city's poor is a source of revenue and gangsters who promote a culture of violence. It is a vicious cycle.

Should federal troops been deployed to remove Ferguson's government and disarm both the bully police and ghetto gangster thugs and bring a real culture of peace and civility to Ferguson?

This bully thug wants a fight let us give him a fight. Preferably with federal troops!

The use of federal troops inside the United States is illegal.
States CAN use the National Guard for it though.
