In the recent sci-fi film about a female humanoid robot, titled Ex Machina, a young programmer is selected to participate in a ground-breaking experiment in synthetic intelligence by evaluating the human qualities of the breath-taking humanoid A.I. (source of summary: Internet Movie Database).
This film is not unlike the fertility-paranoia female alien sci-fi horror/adventure films Species and Cherry 2000, and it presents a general modern age human anxiety about feminine grace.
Why would we be 'ultra-conscious' about a metaphysical contact with a feminine 'super-being'?
The Christian Bible states that at the end of days, the mysterious Harlot of Babylon, who rides atop an ominous beast, will corrupt vain men sitting on thrones.
Perhaps our modern age sci-fi art images of 'female sentinels' reflects a human curiosity about 'gender corruption,' so how 'liberal' should we be with our dialogue-catalytic art?
