When you “find” votes that are held till after the results are supposed to be in, when the valid votes are not enough to cause a recount and invalid ballots are reintroduced into the valid pile AFTER there is no way to determine their validity, along with not a single person in the polling place even being able to prove they were even real ballots because they have NO chain of custody or any paperwork defining their origin, JUST the act of counting them is criminal.
