I'll say this, the Clinton appointed judge was a bad-ass.

After graduating from college, Carter accepted a commission in the United States Marine Corps. He served in the Vietnam War where he fought in the Battle of Khe Sanh, receiving a Bronze Star for valor in 1968. He was medically discharged as a First Lieutenant after receiving a Purple Heart.

I thought all soldiers returning from nam (according to the leftist Democrat's from hell), were all baby killer's and murderer's ?? Bad ace baby killer eh ? I'm not asking, the democrat's are..... lol

The American people and people around the world watched as the trump criminal organization committed uncounted felonies during his entire four years in the White House (and every day since losing the 2020 election).

The House Committee investigating the January 6th insurrection continues to uncover evidence of widespread cooperation among Republican officials, high-level party members, and major political contributors involved in the planning, logistics, and implementation of the events of January 6th, including the attack on the Capitol Building.

Sadly, the moderate congressional Democrats have little enthusiasm in actually pursuing any serious criminal charges against the participants. The minor sentences given the traitors convicted of storming the Capitol prove the moderate Democrats are also unwilling to honor their oaths to protect the Constitution. Attorney General Merritt Garland has shown he is much too timid to do his job. And they still have seven long months until Mid-terms to stall and obfuscate the issues surrounding trump's coup attempt.

The American people are watching democracy in this country fall to authoritarianism in real time, and very few are doing anything to stop it. Most citizens are feeling disbelief, denial, or powerful satisfaction watching the end of the rule of law in the United States. As for the conservatives and the moderates elected to protect and defend it, the rule of law has become a joke.

What the hell kind of an opinion is that? Is this a real judge? He or she should be impeached for issuing an opinion that a presumed innocent person is "more likely guilty than not".
