The federal inquiry into “The View” was said to have been triggered by a Feb. 2 appearance by Talarico, one of the first politicians to appear on the show since the FCC announced its enforcement of the rule. U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett, a Democrat who’s running against him for the Senate seat, has also recently appeared on “The View” — though before that announcement.

However, ABC has seemingly not provided equal airtime to their Republican rivals, and reportedly filed no exemption petition regarding Talarico’s interview.

Enforcing the law is what the FCC and other agencies do. But maybe they're not enforcing it in an even handed way?

Any examples of conservative broadcast talk shows being allowed to violate the equal time rule?

Anyone want to offer a solution that would end the whole problem? Hint: it would be a libertarian solution.

Keep in mind that "The View" is in ABC's "news" division, a choice they consciously made as a company.

More fascism supported by the cult.
