FBI vs Brandon Straka . . . a case of frivolous, and malicious prosecution?

The Boston Globe noted Robert Mueller’s connection with the Whitey Bulger case in an article entitled, “One Lingering Question for FBI Director Robert Mueller.” The Globe said this:

“[Mike] Albano [former Parole Board Member who was threatened by two F.B.I. agents for considering parole for the men imprisoned for a crime they did not commit] was appalled that, later that same year, Mueller was appointed FBI director, because it was Mueller, first as an assistant US attorney then as the acting U.S. attorney in Boston, who wrote letters to the parole and pardons board throughout the 1980s opposing clemency for the four men framed by FBI lies. Of course, Mueller was also in that position while Whitey Bulger was helping the FBI cart off his criminal competitors even as he buried bodies in shallow graves along the Neponset…”

Mueller put people in prison for crimes they did not commit:

“Mueller was the head of the Criminal Division as Assistant U.S. Attorney, then as Acting U.S. Attorney. I could not find any explanation online by Mueller as to why he insisted on keeping the defendants in prison that FBI agents—in the pocket of Whitey Bulger—had framed for a murder they did not commit. Make no mistake: these were not honorable people he had incarcerated. But it was part of a pattern that eventually became quite clear that Mueller was more concerned with convicting and putting people in jail he disliked, even if they were innocent of the charges, than he was with ferreting out the truth,” Gohmert said.}

Mobbed Up Mueller was in Bulger's pocket - bought and paid for.

Add that to the crap you get wrong

You'll tell any lie for your Reich.

You have no integrity and your dumb as a stump.

Nonsense. First, let’s be honest. The FBI has been breaking laws since ten seconds after Hoover got control. Let’s run down the list. Breaking and Entering. Originally called Black Bag Jobs, the FBI would break into a house and steal information, or evidence, especially if it pertained to what they could claim was National Security.

You are confused. Prior to 1967 the courts had allowed the "black bag jobs."

Do you have evidence of any conducted past the time the SCOTUS ruled them unconsitutional?

This and a lot more was exposed in the Fred Cook Book The FBI nobody knows. The result, Hoover promised Congress that the FBI would never again do a Black Bag Job.

The next day the FBI continued doing all those illegal things, now they were called FBI Specials.

Illegal Wiretaps, illegal entry. Illegal, illegal, illegal. As each outrage was finally exposed, the FBI would promise not to do it ever again, and Congress would rush out and make it legal for the FBI to do it anyway. The “National Security” became the basis of the FISA court.

The FISA court Strzok gave a perjured warrant application to in order to conduct espionage against the sitting president of the United State. Irrefutably an act of treason.

But that wasn’t all the FBI did. They presented evidence to courts on Lead Matching, and Stride Matching, as well as fiber matching, where experts would testify that their tests had shown an absolute match, 100% certain.

Let’s start with Lead Matching. The test was used when a bullet was too mangled to be matched to the rifling of a weapon. So the FBI would search the suspect’s house, and match the mangled bullet to bullets in the house by matching the chemical composition of Lead. This went on for decades. Until the FBI had to admit, years after they stopped the test, that the entire thing was junk science and there was no way to match lead chemically. Lead was lead. How many people were convicted because of this junk science? Who knows. The FBI isn’t saying and either is the DOJ.

All of this predates Obama, Trump and Biden my friend.

If so, it was damned stupid of them to expose themselves with the attempted coup against Trump

The FBI was involved in the Ruby Ridge cover up. They were involved in many other despicable actions.

True, I'm aware of FBI assassin Lon Horiuchi.

That the FBI had contract killers on their payroll to murder American citizens was a shock at the time.

So let’s jump back on that FISA court shall we? The IG after the Crossfire Hurricane debacle, inspected more than a dozen files on FISA warrants. He found serious errors, and omissions, and lies, in every single file. It wasn’t a few agents. It was common practice. Literally common practice to lie on FISA warrant requests.

And it had been for decades.

Once again we have the promise of the FBI that this will never happen again. I always admire folks like the director of the FBI going up and testifying and managing to keep a straight face when they say something like that. Something that they know is a lie, and something they know the audience, Congress, is well aware is never going to stop.

So what is different now? While the FBI was going after folks you didn’t like, they were a respected and honorable organization with a few bad apples, sure, every organization has a few. But they were honest and filled to the brim with good Americans doing a fantastic job protecting us.

Then they went after Trump, and they went after Trump’s associates, and they went after the January Sixth idiots. And now, they’re the Gestapo.

Or now they revealed themselves to the general public

The funny thing is that when the Left called the FBI the Gestapo, they were traitors to America by folks with your political leanings. If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear was a common retort by the defenders of the Feds.

The FBI didn't serve the Republican party. Whatever crimes they may have been involved in, they were not stooges of a particular party until now.

Junk science from the FBI lab. Lies from agents every single day to justify illegal warrants. And what has anyone done about it? Nothing.

Why? Because for most of my life the Right has argued that the cops, are good people, doing a tough job, and they are honorable and honest.

The Bundy Ranch debacle? Remember that? What happened to the Fed who shot what’s his name? Nada. A Federal Agent was caught lying on the stand. What happened? Nothing. No charges, no firings, no loss of pension. Just a transfer at most and a loss of a chance at promotion. If that.

True

Is it any wonder the local cops are equally corrupt? They are guided, the best of them go off to be trained at the FBI academy for local cops. They get great training in how the FBI does these things.

So what could we do to stop it? Well when Trump was elected he could have pushed for it instead of trying to take control and direct the abuses at his enemies. With that gone, the FBI is still doing all the corrupt shit they’ve been doing since Hoover was appointed as the head. And nothing, will ever change. Because everyone wants to stop them, until they are in charge, and can direct that power against their own opponents. Or so they hope.

All I can say is...

Good post.
