We are living in some very dangerous times when the FBI can be weaponized, a President is cut off from using twitter, then Sen. Hawley’s book is cancelled, the WalkAway Facebook page is taken down, Parler is removed, and even Mike Lindell, our pillow guy, is banned from Twitter by its socialist revolutionary control freaks. And now ‘Walkaway’ founder Brandon Straka is arrested by Biden’s FBI. Is it not self-evident a dangerous and un-American pattern is developing to cancel patriotic conservative speech?

We have recently seen in Volume V of a Senate Report that a number of rogue FBI Agents were probably used as a vehicle by Trump Administration opponents to generate a three year long phony story about Russia Collusion. Page 955 of the report reads as follows:

“While this Volume did not find evidence of collusion between President Trump and the Russians, it does detail a stunning accounting of the FBl’s sloppy work and poor judgment. In 2016, the Democratic Party, using a series of arm’s length transactions, hired a foreign citizen to seek out dirt on a political opponent, provided by foreign sources. This Volume confirms that Christopher Steele used information gained from sources in Russia-some with direct ties to the Russian Government. That unverified, uncorroborated, foreign information was then actively circulated with the press to disparage a U.S. political candidate.”

And here we are today, with an FBI Agent, suspiciously picking Brandon Straka out of a crowd of hundreds, and charging this high profile figure who has been a thorn in the side of the communist/socialist controlled democrat party leadership who started the Walkaway campaign which “. . . encourages and supports those on the Left to walk away from the divisive tenets endorsed and mandated by the Democratic Party of today . . . “

Seems pretty suspicious that, of all those who, without question, actually entered the building and engaged in the activities mentioned in the Complaint, Brandon Straka, from the video evidence, appears to have never crossed the line which defines criminal conduct and yet was singled out for prosecution.

And then carefully reading the FBI Agent’s CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, I am left with the following questions which, as a jurist, I would certainly want answered.

A ___Where, in the video, is the evidence of Straka “impeding a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder”?

B ___What is the evidence of Straka " knowingly entering and remaining on restricted grounds" . . . keep in mind the “Capitol Grounds” were not closed to the public, and Straka is not reported to have entered the building.

C ___How did Straka “engage in disorderly conduct with intent to disturb a hearing before Congress” when he never entered the building and Brandon’s intent appears to be covering the event?

My personal opinion is, I think a 1st year criminal law student could easily get this case kicked out of court and have the FBI Agent reprimanded by the Court for bringing a frivolous case before the Court. The FBI’s action appears to be a classic case of a frivolous and malicious prosecution. But hey, I can only go by the video evidence and trumped up charges in the complaint.

I think it's pretty clear that someone pulls the FBI's strings on these matters and that the yally sheet is really looking like repubs like Stone get screwed or their tools like Klinesmith get off with a pass that shocks all reason. It is tallying up so much as to become too noticeable. Will whomever it is pulling the strings require a scapegoat soon to make it look good? You hit the nail on the head though from Agents to the nonesnse going on in congress right now, those who bring people up without some small threshold of evidence should be sanctioned. Nonsense. First, let’s be honest. The FBI has been breaking laws since ten seconds after Hoover got control. Let’s run down the list. Breaking and Entering. Originally called Black Bag Jobs, the FBI would break into a house and steal information, or evidence, especially if it pertained to what they could claim was National Security.

This and a lot more was exposed in the Fred Cook Book The FBI nobody knows. The result, Hoover promised Congress that the FBI would never again do a Black Bag Job.

The next day the FBI continued doing all those illegal things, now they were called FBI Specials.

Illegal Wiretaps, illegal entry. Illegal, illegal, illegal. As each outrage was finally exposed, the FBI would promise not to do it ever again, and Congress would rush out and make it legal for the FBI to do it anyway. The “National Security” became the basis of the FISA court.

But that wasn’t all the FBI did. They presented evidence to courts on Lead Matching, and Stride Matching, as well as fiber matching, where experts would testify that their tests had shown an absolute match, 100% certain.

Let’s start with Lead Matching. The test was used when a bullet was too mangled to be matched to the rifling of a weapon. So the FBI would search the suspect’s house, and match the mangled bullet to bullets in the house by matching the chemical composition of Lead. This went on for decades. Until the FBI had to admit, years after they stopped the test, that the entire thing was junk science and there was no way to match lead chemically. Lead was lead. How many people were convicted because of this junk science? Who knows. The FBI isn’t saying and either is the DOJ.

All of this predates Obama, Trump and Biden my friend.

The FBI was involved in the Ruby Ridge cover up. They were involved in many other despicable actions.

So let’s jump back on that FISA court shall we? The IG after the Crossfire Hurricane debacle, inspected more than a dozen files on FISA warrants. He found serious errors, and omissions, and lies, in every single file. It wasn’t a few agents. It was common practice. Literally common practice to lie on FISA warrant requests.

And it had been for decades.

Once again we have the promise of the FBI that this will never happen again. I always admire folks like the director of the FBI going up and testifying and managing to keep a straight face when they say something like that. Something that they know is a lie, and something they know the audience, Congress, is well aware is never going to stop.

So what is different now? While the FBI was going after folks you didn’t like, they were a respected and honorable organization with a few bad apples, sure, every organization has a few. But they were honest and filled to the brim with good Americans doing a fantastic job protecting us.

Then they went after Trump, and they went after Trump’s associates, and they went after the January Sixth idiots. And now, they’re the Gestapo.

The funny thing is that when the Left called the FBI the Gestapo, they were traitors to America by folks with your political leanings. If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear was a common retort by the defenders of the Feds.

Junk science from the FBI lab. Lies from agents every single day to justify illegal warrants. And what has anyone done about it? Nothing.

Why? Because for most of my life the Right has argued that the cops, are good people, doing a tough job, and they are honorable and honest.

The Bundy Ranch debacle? Remember that? What happened to the Fed who shot what’s his name? Nada. A Federal Agent was caught lying on the stand. What happened? Nothing. No charges, no firings, no loss of pension. Just a transfer at most and a loss of a chance at promotion. If that.

Is it any wonder the local cops are equally corrupt? They are guided, the best of them go off to be trained at the FBI academy for local cops. They get great training in how the FBI does these things.

So what could we do to stop it? Well when Trump was elected he could have pushed for it instead of trying to take control and direct the abuses at his enemies. With that gone, the FBI is still doing all the corrupt shit they’ve been doing since Hoover was appointed as the head. And nothing, will ever change. Because everyone wants to stop them, until they are in charge, and can direct that power against their own opponents. Or so they hope.
