Foreigners are aware how politically partisan and corrupt the FBI has become under democrat administrations. A movie, based in Ireland starring Brendon Gleeson called "The Guard", makes fun of an FBI agent. When the agent balks at approaching armed drug dealers the Irish cop says "not as much fun as killing a bunch of women and children at Waco?" We depend on the media to uncover corruption in federal law-enforcement but when the media becomes the propaganda arm of the democrat party it means that the Feds can make up their own rules.

I agree. He got arrested for breaking windows?? The 23 hour a day in solitary seems rather stiff for breaking windows.

Wonder if they have any real crimes to charge him with?? I tend to doubt it.

Uh oh!

Outstanding! Thanks for the link. Anybody that wants to attack our country and our elections from outside or from within the United States deserve the sh#tty life they have chose for themselves. I feel no charity for their over reaching stupidity. They should be planning for deals on cigarettes and soap on a rope, as far as I'm concerned.

As always we see that the lib stated concerns about "rights" are only for when their pretend outrage can be used as to scorer partisan points.

Anytime it is in a context that is not useful, or god forbid, might actually reflect badly on their side, lib reveal their true colors and support the violation of the rights.

No lib point of view, just American and independent, at that. No rights being violated here. Thought you were talking to me for a moment.

Outrageous to the extreme but that is what a socialist/marxist regime will do to conservative patriots if they get the opportunity.

It is time for all conservatives to get politically active....do not stay home whilst others are out there working to restore the America we all at one time knew and grew up with.

To make America Great again all conservatives must get involved.

And then, just like that, after years of endorsing it - the RWNJ's suddenly think solitary confinement is inhumane.

Amazing.

The irony that this guy was fighting on behalf of folks like Rudy Giuliani, who was an enthusiast for actual torture...
Do you not know what a TERRORIST is or does?
Yeah. It's when folks resort to orchestrated violence when their petty demands are not capitulated to.

So, exactly what happened on January 6
January 6---The citizens of the US stood up to our corrupt fucking government as our founders intended--------

Remember pumpkin our founders advocated for the people to rise up against Tyranny preferably armed as is the real reason the 2nd amendment was put in place.

The Civil War has started---but the bullets haven't come...yet.

I don't support rape, moron. If that is what you are worried about on your next prison sentence, just don't commit the crime if you are not ready to give up the behind. I'm no prison guard and will not be going to prison, even to visit. Nobody in my family has ever been in prison. How did it become a big issue for you?

You state that you do not support rape and then immediately in the very next sentence gloat at the idea of me being raped.

YOur hypocrisy and lack of self awareness would be hilarious, if it were not almost universal among liberals and thus boring.

But if you do insist on incarcerating someone, you allow them to chill in the yard in gen pop instead of isolation, at least until the person shows that they can't behave in a group setting.
From what I have read, it is not just breaking a window that he is charged with. But even if it was, he broke a window with a riot shield he had taken from a police officer. I doubt it was a matter of Nordean saying "Hey, cool shield. Can I borrow it?"

According to another article: Proud Boys member from Washington state charged in Capitol riot (nypost.com)
" He was charged in federal court in DC with obstructing or impeding an official proceeding, aiding and abetting, knowingly entering or remaining in restricted building or grounds, violent entry and disorderly conduct."

Claiming the man is jailed for breaking a window is an outright lie.

Actually, they do have other crimes they charged him with.

There are a few more charges, despite what the OP would have you believe.

Not gloating. I even told you how to avoid it. Don't Commit Crime. Living and not committing crime ain't hard. The vast majority of people never commit crimes that will land them in prison, so they are never under the threats of official punishment or unofficial punishment at the hands of their fellow criminals. What is it Nancy Reagan said? Just say no?
