Where did you eat when you went to New Orleans?

Funny you should ask..

I ate at this restaurant called, "Voodoo" It was very modern on the inside, yet it stuck with the Nawlins culture with a name to draw in traffic. It was a nice little place. It had pictures on the wall of famous celebrities that had eaten there.

I ordered some French fries, chicken strips, and some collard greens. I rotated between all three and everything I ordered was delicious. The guy I was with at the time he just sat there and ate nothing. I never share my food because the lady came by and said, "Can I take your order?" He missed out on order time. New Orleans has some really good food always so well seasoned.

I've been to the Essence Festival 2-3 times about ten years ago. I just stop going.
