Not so. Reagan had classified notebooks and the DoJ didn’t prosecute him or take them away. Biden knew this, giving him reason to believe that it was allowed.

It would help if you had actually read the Hur report.

you’re right, I didnt read the 388 page report and I’m pretty sure nobody else here did either. I didnt read, however, read the relevant parts to this discussion.

You want to talk about the topic? I’d love to. It’s an obviously stupid assertion that the opinion of someone in the FBI about probable cause would matter more than the DoJ prosecutors and a judge. Obviously there was probably cause.
