This is an allegation, it is based on the testimony of a Russian. We do not know what that Russian's agenda might be, and he might have an agenda.

Additionally, no evidence is provided in this article that proves Joe Biden recieved a nickel.

This Russian needs to be brought to the FBI for questioning and he had better bring evidence.
