All the department heads/assistants, and field office heads need to go.....Leave nobody over a GS-13 in their positions and then get shed of half of them if they are supervisors.

Throw chains and padlocks on every entrance. Turn off the electricity to the building. Have the military secure and guard the facility. Treat any breach or break-in with a shoot-to-kill protocol. Review each employee, over a GS-10, for criminal prosecution. Expedite the trials and subsequent incarcerations.
