Just find the best people to do the job. No matter their race, religion, creed, who they love or if they have a disability that doesn't prevent them from being the best. The FBI and CIA have a storied history. Let us all hope that nothing interferes with these reputations. The global threats aren't getting any prettier.

You aren't going to find a perfect reflection of the broader community in ANY discipline. I recall taking some sociology courses in Uni. and being one of maybe 5 guys in a class of 100. You can't just say "we need to add 30 more men to even this course out a bit".

Personal interests drive people and bring out the best. Don't force people into positions, let them find them.

All of the cities are Democratic cities stupid. Republicans don't live or vote in the cities. Furthermore, Republicans are piss poor managers of both the public purse, and in managing public resources. Municipal governments need to get shit done, not spend all of their time lying about the opposition and cutting taxes in the rich neighborhoods.
