But if I remember well also the Third Nubian Legion (Africa) was absorbed into the German national body and many cultural and biological influences came also from the Arabs, the Turks, the Huns, the Mongols and so on ...

Since World War 2 grew now another biological influence so today 25% of all Germans have no Celtic and Germanic ancestors any longer. But in long term this will change because all people from allover the world who are Germans today will mix with each other. The genetic diversity – and thus also the health of Germans – is growing. That's all.

Your problem is that you hate this "American" way of Germany - but more concrete this was also never any other way of the Germans in the United States since centuries. Barack Obama for example has a German ancestor who lived around 1650 in the not existing USA of this time. About 1/3rd of all US-Americans have also biologically German ancestors - not so because many Germans came to the USA. The Germans who came to the USA nearly never had been racists - that's why. They married many people from other origins and so German genes are wide spread existing in the US-American population. This mix is by the way also good for the health of your people.
