It is on record that Swalwell's political start / campaign, like many Ca politicians, was initially funded by the CCP.
As a freshman politician he was briefed / warned about CCP Spy traps called 'Honey Pots' - the tactic of female CCP spies ensnaring politicians in sexual relationships.
In 2015 the FBI specfically warned Swalwell about the Chinese woman he was hangibg around with, that Fang Fang was a known CCP spy.
That all being said...
If you are a US Federal Politician sitting on the House Intel Committee with access to highly classified information, it is known the FBI warned you about a CCP named Fang Fang you were 'extremely close' to and were hanging around with, and you were asked bluntly during an interview if you had sex with this CCP spy...
Why would you NOT say 'NO' if you had not?!
During an interview Swalwell was asked that question ... and HE REFUSED TO SAY 'NO', REFUSED TO DENY HE HAD SEX WITH FANG FANG.
Snowflakes can scream how this is not evidence, but, in the words of Joe Biden:
'C'MON, MAN!'
The CCP helped fund his initial campaign run, helped him get into office.
Fang Fang is a 'pro' CCP spy known for running 'Honey Pot' operations, which is why the FBI warned him about her. Swalwell was not her 1st 'sucker'.
