That cant be easy while trying to keep taste and texture the same
 
Actually that's a scary thought that they keep changing the ingredients to keep sales & profits up.

Biggest & most important question would be.......is the FDA/USDA or whoever making sure it's edible?

Not that I trust the government oversight agencies anymore than I trust food manufacturers........but still
