Thanks! I’m having fun! Great advice. It is definitely something I’m quite capable of not taking negative posts seriously. That kind of post is a laughing matter & I will be able to enjoy posting here in spite of negative posts directed at me.

And please understand that I'm just a sweet grandmotherly old lady when I tell you it also helps to wear a bullet proof vest and always have fresh batteries in your bullsh*t detector.

The Coffee Shop is like.....well....a coffee shop with food service, bar, juke box whatever with regulars who drop in from time to time to shoot the bull and be with friends. Reading the old posts can be interesting and informative but is not expected or required of anybody. You pretty much start from where you are or within the last page or two or so just as you would not expect to have to catch up on everybody's entire past history when you drop into a real place like that.

Over time everybody begins to know the others a bit and a little bit about their history and their life, but it just happens mostly naturally. All of us protect our own and others' privacy here though as is always wise on the internet.
