The way that I look at it is that everyone is going to have an opinion but do try to remember that blowing out one candle will never make another one shine brighter.

God bless you always!!!

Exxon Bans BLM And Pride Flags From Being Flown Outside Of Their Offices

Corporations are starting to push back against the “woke” activists.
Exxon has announced they will not permit LGBTQ pride flags or Black Lives Matter flags from being flown outside of their offices anymore.

I am happy to hear this story but it begs another question: Which Corporations DO permit LGBTQ pride flags and Black Lives Matter flags outside of their offices, and why do they?

The truth is a bit more subtle.

They banned all flags on flagpoles but will allow such displays elsewhere. So, no, they did not ban flying the gay pride or BLM flags. They will not allow any flags outside of governmental and company flags on the actual flagpoles.

down with blm. business are right not to allow that shit in there primesses.

Banning BLM and gay pride flags to be displayed with the company flag.

Banning ALL flags to be displayed with the company flags and national flags and allowing gay pride flags to be flown on the lawn....

Hardly a rejection of woke.

Wow.... sticking your dick in another man's asshole permits you to have your own flag?

The Universe is completely out of balance.... and I'm betting on the Universe.

They were the company gay groups flags, not gay pride.

Thanks! Good post.

Good, no one should bow down to such abominations.

Amen.

Saw that earlier. Maybe Exxon will set a trend in not kowtowing to the leftist stooges and their lame agendas.

Lets hope so.

Well, if the flags are banned on flagpoles, where else will they be?

in this context, flagpole:

Not a flagpole:

The company policy essentially stops flying of flags outside official ones on the flagpoles but allows virtually any display of support elsewhere specifically mentioning lawns. It It is a pretty standard practice to be quite frank.

Only by company recognized employee resource groups.
“The updated flag protocol is intended to clarify the use of the ExxonMobil branded company flag and not intended to diminish our commitment to diversity and support for employee resource groups,” Tracey Gunnlaugsson, vice president of human resources, said in a statement. “We’re committed to keeping an open, honest, and inclusive workplace for all of our employees, and we’re saddened that any employee would think otherwise.”

While the commonly recognized rainbow flag is prohibited, Exxon supports displaying banners and flags with logos of so-called employee resource groups, especially during signature months, Gunnlaugsson said. “The flags are directly related to our business and company support of our ERGs, including PRIDE for LBGTQ+ employees.” Exxon's ban on LGBTQ, Black Lives Matter flags at Houston HQ sparks employee backlash
