You’re mischaracterizing this. The FBI never made a determination that Flynn didn’t lie. The interviewing agent said his body language didn’t seem like someone who had lied. Since when do we not prosecute people simply because they’re really good at lying? The answer is obviously never, but that fact never manages to penetrate.
As for altering the report, it was Strzok’s report. He was one of two agents interviewing Flynn. Of course Strzok would edit the report, after all, he was signing his name to it. Coincidentally, so did the other agent. That fact doesn’t seem to penetrate either.

Oh and Strzok claims that our supposed premier law enforcement agency didn't record their interrogation/witch hunt----------- since when does law enforcement not record interviews of suspects?
And btw, since the original 302 was destroyed or the coup thinks they destroyed the original with no trace.........where exactly are you coming up with with any agent saying that only the body language of flynn said that he wasn't lying?

The FBI has several rules including one that states clearly from 2014 that FBI agents should default to recording their conversations----I would assume that this is especially the case in a HIGH PROFILE case that will be covered by the media non-stop and involves a HIGH ranking person who has supposedly committed some major crime including possibly TREASON and will go down in history. I mean this is what a reasonable law enforcement officer would do right? Unless of course the investigator is corrupt or exceptionally inept. This is what logic demands.

You may also want to note typically with the FBI---one agent asks questions---while the other writes down the responses. The lying love bird asked the questions, while Pientka wrote down the responses and then wrote up and signed off on the original 302 that cheating Strzok later rewrote pretending to be Pientka. Strzok in his desperate attempt to try to cover himself LATER came up with his own notes of the interview ---funny thing though about them is that they are HAND printed with no cursive or short hand----must have been an interesting slow interview or he is just flat out lying about these notes too-----Pientka is going to be the man to ask and he has already said that the 302 that Strzok submitted was alter and fabricated.

What Comey said was based on his notes--- which was just released May 20 of this year after being declassifed by US District attorney Jeff Jension on 5-20-20 from an earlier testimony of our idiot Comey.-I had to retype from copied pictures of the notes----so I think it is accurate, but I may have made a typo or two. Not the one that you keep trying to spin as an original made weeks later by our corrupt FBI love birds. The original signed and filed 302 that has been reported to state flat out that Flynn hadn't been lying is still OFFICIALLY missing at this point.........Comey and others have given their version of what was said on this officially missing document----------while others give a different account. The original writer is still around but kept oddly out of the limelight as he will certainly be testifying against our other corrupt FBI agents who destroyed the original they hope, and then pretended to be him as they manufacture a fake to replace his.
