What percentage of effect does Co2 have as a greenhouse gas? And what percentage overall is it in our atmosphere?

CO2 is a tiny percentage of the atmosphere but accounts for about 60% of the man made global warming and about 20% of overall greenhouse effect.

I don’t see 9%, but even if it’s correct, there’s other factors that you have to consider. As many point out, water vapor is the greatest contributor, however the most important factor to water vapor concentration is temperature. That is to say, water vapor amplifies the effect of CO2 emissions.

As usual, you need to do some deeper thinking and not just grab a number and run.
