There is a difference between opposition research and paying political operatives huge amounts of money to smear your opponent with lies that they made up and then leaked. People in the Jeb Bush campaign didn't pay to have lies concocted about Trump...they paid to have embarrassing truths exposed. (Oh, and just to set the record straight...they didn't find any!) That's a common thing with campaigns. What Hillary Clinton and the DNC did however went WAY beyond opposition research! They did something that I've NEVER seen in a US election! They paid a foreign agent to fabricate phony "dossiers"...planned to have them released to compliant media right before a Presidential election to smear an unsuspecting Trump. THAT my friend is election interference on steroids! They LIED to the American people about who Trump was because they didn't think the voters would vote for Hillary Clinton after seeing her lies about running the State Department through private servers hidden at her home!

And the Steele dossiers are what I'm talking about because the Left used them to not only try to smear Trump BEFORE the election but also to obtain FISA Court warrants to spy on the Trump campaign by knowingly lying about their validity and to open FBI investigations against Trump...all the while KNOWING they were a campaign smear paid for by Hillary Clinton!
