As the IG report states- the investigation was started before they ever even knew about the Steele dossier- and the investigation was warranted.
As the IG report states- there was no evidence of any political bias- which of course you have lied about over and over.
As the IG report states- the FBI made mistakes- there is no evidence that the FBI in general lied to the FISA courts. The IG report made several recommendations to prevent those mistakes in the future.

And of course the IG report never concluded that there was any spying on Trump- because of course there never was.

The problem is that the IG is not the police - the IG is a private citizen who can simply say, hey you didn't rob that bank did you?
Once the accused says "no"
That's all he can do, he walks away and says - the accused said no.
