He replaced Russia as the number one exporter of Natural Gas in the World and took the United States to the number two exporters of crude oil behind only Saudi Arabia. It takes an average of 5 years before a well can be brought online. That means 5 years from the day the paperwork is approved to drill it, to the first day any crude oil comes out of that well. So any increase in production under Biden were because of wells dug under Trump. Biden can't stop already dug wells awaiting approval to be brought online, so when they are and production is increased, Biden doesn't get any credit. It just so happened that well came online DESPITE Biden, not because of him.
