Evangelicals for Harris? Kamala Harris-Tim Walz ticket draws surprising support from these religious groups
The newly energized electorate for Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential bid includes an array of faith voices, including some surprising ones.
Apparently, there are evangelicals now supporting Kamala Harris.
Among the group’s featured proponents is Texas pastor Dwight McKissic, who’s been active in both the Nashville-based Southern Baptist Convention, a group typically supportive of Republicans, and the Nashville-based National Baptist Convention, USA, an association of Black Baptists typically supportive of Democrats. McKissic disagrees with Harris’ stance on abortion but is basing his decision to support Harris on the fact she’s the more qualified candidate,
Essentially, if Evangelicals are willing to overlook something that they view as infanticide, as well as the genital mutilation of children, the democrat part will be more than glad to welcome them into their fold, no questions asked.
As for Kamala being more qualified...................um..........................................
