Covid can not survive for even seconds in the blood, so can not cause any significant problems itself.
The only harm is actually caused by immune system over reactions, known as the "cytokine storm", that can cause pneumonia.

But the mRNA vaccine is not at all a vaccine.
It contains no dead pathogens, so there is nothing or the immune system to remember or trigger on.
The mRNA vax just contains instructions that cause our own cells to start growing spike proteins.
Can that cause the immune system to ward off the spike proteins of covid?
Absolutely not, because covid only has spike proteins because it is mimicking our own exosomes, and spike proteins are what our cells expect from when our own exosomes knock to be let in.
So if you could get the immune system to attack spike proteins, we would all die due to the immune system attacking our own exosomes.
If you want to know what exosomes do, they tells cells how to differentiate, when to grow for healing, etc.
Extremely essential.

But mRNA is extremely dangerous because it is so small, it does not have to stay in the arm muscle.
If it gets into the bloodstream, and it does, then it will get to the heart muscle, where is will start spike protein production, causing the immune system to start attacking the heart. It can also get into capillaries, joints, the brain, etc. It is the single dumbest and most dangerous idea anyone ever came up with.
There have not only been about 10,000 deaths caused by mRNA, but amputations as well. It causes micro blood clots all over the body.

A person like Clapton can tell when medical problems started.
And my personal experience was that the 2nd Moderna booster caused me months of severe illness.
It was extreme after the first 12 hours, with uncontrollable shivering to the point I could not stand.
Then vomiting every 4 hours, for 2 days.
Then fever, weakness, brain fog, for over 3 months.
There is no question is was the 2nd Moderna mRNA shot.
Was fine before that, and have since recovered completely.
