OK. I was commenting on the relevancy of things that didn't matter in the context of hundreds of people dying each day but sure, I'll give it go.
No one is claiming he's wrong about it being promising. People are claiming that he's standing up in front of the country and claiming that this is a widely approved treatment that could be lifesaving. And he is touting it as such. When nothing could be further from the truth. Hence the need for correction from his experts. Eventually, through research, clinical trials, and data gathering, it will be determined if this is an effective treatment.
