And earlier this month, a television journalist asked Trump the simple question “Don’t you need to uphold the Constitution of the United States as president?” Astonishingly, the president answered, “I don’t know.” The interviewer then asked, “Don’t you agree that every person in the United States is entitled to due process?” The president again replied, “I don’t know.”

This is not a man who respects the rule of law, nor one who seeks to understand it.

Trump and the MAGA movement are the most dangerous threat to this country since the Civil War. And most assuredly, they are a threat that has now sank their claws into the very heart beat of our democracy. This article is both frightening and a warning. Unless voters take trump seriously at his threats to dismantle the foundations of our democracy, trump, miller, and musk will certainly stake a flag of death into the life blood of this nation. And when the US purchased CA, UT, NV, AZ, NM, TX, etc., from Mexico, it was with the condition Mexicans could not be removed or made to become US citizens.

No one is arrested or deported without due process. They came here illegally which includes due process to make that determination.
