I watched 5 seasons of Dexter when I had down time and it was pretty good.

The last TV I really liked was "Northern Exposure" because my husband and I worked for the show.

After that, I watched "StarTrek: DS9" for the whole run.

X-Files was good.

That was about it.

Remember when you used to get 22/24 episodes in a season? Now you get 6/8. And they are usually all crap.

Most of the plots are convoluted. The only series I thought was excellent recently was "Justified".

Couldn't bring myself to watch it. I had a relative who cooked meth and it was too traumatic a subject for me to contemplate.

Lots of great TV on television these days for those who wish to access it. I cannot wait to experience Abbott Elementary. One good thing the Emmys do is break through the silos of viewership and inform you of other great shows that you're not watching. Ted Lasso and Succession were two such shows I didn't watch when they first came out. Now? It's appointment television for the most part.

One good thing the Emmys do is break through the silos of viewership and inform you of other great shows that you're not watching. Politics has nothing to do with my decision and I am not a Republican. My opinion was not meant to be profane either.

Abbott Elementary is not new. It has a season under its belt and it SUCKS. If that is what you call good television, then it is evident why you disagree with the posters here.
