Emails from Tulsi ...

I think meeting with Assad was a questionable choice that had no impact.

I would hope world leaders would meet together before starting a war.

Let's also remember, we had a vote on Syria. The vote was No. Obama did it anyway.

Like I said, Gabbard's trip did absolutely nothing and I don't think Congress should necessarily be giving street cred to dictators. I think she had the best of intentions but in the end it went nowhere and solidified some doubt as to whether Assad was actually responsible for the violence against his own people.

I don't want to go to war, but I'm getting tired of playing footsie with people like that.

It did do something. It pissed off the newly made war mongers.

Sounds like something Trump would say as though pissing people off on it's own is actually accomplishing anything.

Maybe a fair statement but it did do that. I do not think that was her intention. Her intention was to show that you could go and talk to other world leaders.

Tulsi knows the horrors of war close up, more than any of these other asspipes who want to start wars can say.

Hillary snuffed out hundreds of thousands of lives with her failed Middle East policy. She is absolute scum and a puppet of the military industrial complex. How many brown people did she and Obama murder?

Well she qualifies for the September debates...Go Tulsi!!!

Aloha William —

My team just told me that our campaign has blown past the 130,000 unique donor threshold to qualify for the September debates and with your help, we can build on this momentum and pass 150,000 donors this weekend!

Thank you, and congratulations. I’m so proud of where this underdog, people-powered campaign has been, and more importantly, where we’re headed.

In just 24 hours we have:

  • Had our biggest fundraising day of the campaign
  • Crossed the 130,000 unique donor threshold, with more than 1000 donors from over 30 states
  • For the second time, become the most googled candidate of my debate
I would not have been on that debate stage without your support. Thank you.

I love our country, and I love the American people. That’s why I’m in it to win it. When I first ran for Congress against a former popular mayor, I was 45 points behind and all the political pundits had written me off. I ended up winning by a 20 point margin of victory.

When I stood on the debate stage in Detroit on Wednesday night, talking about the many challenges facing our country — the self-serving politicians and well monied corporate lobbyists, the lies we are told by the military industrial complex to justify their costly regime change wars, our broken immigration system, our sick care system — I never forgot that I was on that stage because of you, and for you.
You call yourself a "conservative." You're not making any sense.
Perhaps...it's OK to think for yourself...and not march in lockstep to some ideological drumbeat?

Heresy, i know...ROTF!

Like Kim Jong Un and Putin? Of course you can, but that doesn't mean you always should.

I believe a president should.

In every situation? It's not working out so far.

That's a generalization. I'm not sure what you consider not working and no, of course not, it will not work every time.

Bashir Assad is very pleased Damascus Gabby is doing well!
She's right on this issue.

So was Sanders and he didn't even have to shake hands with that piece of shit.
Leftists are just pissed that Assad is killing Muslim extremists you'd like to import into this country.

Assad is an extremist. Do you think the point of Gabbard's meeting was to tell Assad "Yeah, boy, more war"?
In what way? Hes a secular dictator fighting Muslim extremists trying to take over his country. Hes the best option for that country.

Uhhh..that's pretty stupid, you do know that, right?

Yes it was but there is a point there. Assad did kill "Muslim Extremists". We decided that was bad and intervened to kill "Muslim Extemists".

For some odd reason we have this hard on for overthrowing the Secular dictators to install Muslim regimes and then we blame all the problems on the Muslims.

The more the left whines about Tulsi, the more I like her.

She shanked Harris hard, I fucking loved it!

The only ones who like Damascus Gabby are the right wing.

Lol, She tried to help stop a fucking war, and you make fun of her.

Well done, you war monger. Why does she scare you and who do you want to win the primary?

Assad is the best of a horrible situation...Like it or not, he's in charge...Better to deal with him than turn Syria into Iran and Libya.

That is a generalization. Meeting with world leaders and capitulating and getting nothing in return ala Putin and Un is what I'm referring to. Putin getting off scott free on he whole election thing, to the point where our own allies have to be second guessing themselves if they share intel with us and Un doing next to nothing and being treated like a legitimate leader. Again, our allies in the area are probably thrilled.

Sponsoring terrorism, using weapons of mass destruction for starters.

What are we supposed to get from Putin?

Sorry, I agree with you on lots of things but the entire Russia/email thing is total B.S. That was an internal release.

Welll..kind of a bit of double speak there...Assad's people rose up in revolt...and they had some pretty good reasons for doing so. The whole issue became clouded by everyone's agendas..not the least the Russians who wished a foothold in the region..and ISIS..who wished to expand their turf. A lot of people decided to label anyone not with their agenda as a 'Muslim extremist'--some were ..some were not. The Right wing in this country..who pretty much believe that everyone Muslim is, by definition, an extremist. did their part to muddy up the issue. Assad has killed his population with great abandon..and has somehow, managed to parlay his atrocities into continued power and a crushed revolution.

We should have stayed out of the whole thing..from the beginning....

100%

Bottom line. I 100% agree here.

When foreign leaders go socialist, it's time for regime change.

The hard on the right has for Gabbard is amazing, too bad she also thinks Trump is a shit stain on our history.

Gabbard is positioning herself for VP on Biden Ticket and would make a fine VP...

I think that sounds like a pretty baseless argument, care to go a little deeper on that?

You realize that you probably like Gabbard because you've read up on her in some odd placed on the internet that most likely are influenced by Russian propaganda.

She is pro-choice, pro-civil rights, for some sort of public healthcare and thinks Trump is a detriment to our country. And here you are. Name 5 things you agree with her on.
