Why not? Keeps the cost down through more efficiency. I was hoping that DOGE director Musk, pres. Trump & VP Vance would get together & privatize the ferry systems in our USA. No diff between ferry's, privatized trucking companies, privatized mass transportation(buses/taxis, trains), passenger aircraft, passenger outer space rockets, etc. We already have privately owned passenger vehicles why not a privatized Amtrak & postal system??? I mean DOGE director Musk could buy out Amtrak & the postal system with pocket change, make them 30/35% more efficient & we'd ALL be happy except for the statist lefties that are drowning in envy.
