this one blows me away. it is illegal to enter the country with out authorization. But, if you do enter the country it is illegal for someone not to rent an apartment to you. WTF? if an illegal alien wnats to rent an apartment you are leasing, legally, you have to rent it to him. That's like saying it is illegal to rob a bank, but if you do rob a bank, legally, the teller has to give you the money.

OK, let me get this straight.
He was convicted from 1982 to 1988 and St Ronnie did not deport him.
He was convicted from 1989 to 1992 and Bush I didn't deport him.
He was convicted from 1993 to 2000 and Clinton didn't deport him.
He was convicted from 2001 to 2009 and Bush II didn't deport him.
He gets convicted during Obama's term and Obama deports him and the wing-nuts accuse Obama of not enforcing the law!!!!

Not only is it a crime to enter america illegally it's also a crime to encourage people to enter illegallly as per USC 1324. All these mayors who have established sanctuary cities are breaking the law and nothing is done about it.

The penalties for such encouragement are severe too. If it leads to a death as with a DUI illegal, then the person who did the encouraging can be executed!!!!

Due to the suspect’s numerous criminal convictions, he was processed for an Administrative Removal and will be removed to Mexico,” said the announcement from Customs and Border Patrol.

Police in Rochester, N.Y. arrested the man on Saturday, July 20. They called the Border Patrol for assistance after the suspect gave three different names to a Rochester police officer.

Agents determined that the suspect was in the United States illegally, and a check of the database showed that he has 37 convictions, ranging from misdemeanors to felonies, on charges such as narcotics violations, assault on a federal officer, burglary and robbery, an arrest record stretching all the way back to 1982.

Yet Border Patrol says it first learned of the man on Saturday. Why? Because the Northeast, where this illegal plied his trade, is filled with “sanctuary” states and cities, who refuse to contact Federal authorities when immigration violators are arrested.

When I rented my apartment I had to pass a credit check, background investigation as well as provide previous rental history and 2 pay stubs from my job, how the hell are illegals providing these documents?
