What would be the most effective punishment to stop the hiring of illegal immigrants? For assisting an illegal immigrant in any way? ( employment, housing, food, medical care and/or treatment, cash, etc. )
What would be the most effective punishment to stop the corruption within government? ( bribery, selling influence, kick-backs, favoritism, etc. )
What would be the most effective punishment to stop police brutality, especially the murder of unarmed citizens? ( All law enforcement agencies )
What would be fair compensation for the innocent citizens wrongfully imprisoned?
NOTE: Fines alone do not work.
Or, should nothing be done, and we just accept what we have?
