Look, no one is saying civilian casualties don't happen in war. But, the US has the most resources in the world for their miltiary, by far. And these guys didn't even take the time to confirm that their target was correct before selecting it as a target? All that intelligence, and they still made such a basic mistake? How about bridges that were used to transport missiles and drones? Would that be a valid military target?
