This has always been an incredible psychological/sociological study.

On one hand, it may be that they are so full of rage and resentment that any ugly thing he says or does that annoys people they despise is a positive moment for them. No matter what. So it's "too bad LOL".

On the other hand, it may be that they just lack the intellect and/or personal background to understand how dignified, decent and intelligent world leaders conduct themselves in public. So it's "I don't care".
