A young woman told the Telegraaf newspaper that she had been followed by a man on the same day. “I was very afraid that he might hurt or rob me. I know by the way nothing about the perpetrator. I think the most important thing now is to arrest the perpetrator as soon as possible. There is a point at which such a perpetrator will become more violent and the time between his murders will become shorter and shorter. The man must be found and removed from society. They arrested someone - hope it is the real perpetrator.
