These are not democrats but liberals [more than likely white liberals as minorities do not tend to act this way]...assuming your post is on the up and up I don't know why you ever thought it wouldn't end this way as liberals [the white ones anyway] tend to act in this manner when they have been exposed in a manner that does not allow them to hide behind the minority of the moment.I have 2 friends (married couple) that I've been friends with for 15 years. Lets call them S and J.
I met them through S's sister who was a friend at the time. And we've done tons of stuff together over the years and been invited to some of their family get togethers. They claimed I was indeed, a part of their family.
They even helped me out a great deal when I had to go into the hospital a few years ago.
Thing is, they are Democrats. And until now, I didn't know how die hard Dem they are.
S called me tonight to tell me we can no longer be friends because of "whats in the White House".
I had a friend since 1999 do this to me in 2015, as she also turned out to be a die hard, brainwashed Dem.
With me being in my 60's now, and all of my family gone, as well as my other friends who've passed away in the last few years.......I only have 2 friends left now. One tries not to be political at all, and the other is a die hard Rep.
So, I'm kind of dizzy right now from our conversation.
Bascially S told me there's no way in hell she can get over me being a part of the "Nazi Party", although she could not explain to me what "Nazi" stuff she is talking about. She just states "read your history books again".
She said if I ever need help, she will be glad to help out, but we just cannot be friends anymore because she hates having to "hold it in" when around me. And I've NEVER told her to NOT "hold it in" when around me. In fact I've told her on multiple occassions to use me as a sounding board, or yell and scream if needed, she's not going to ever hurt my feelings. I understand her position and why she votes Dem, because she's explained it to me. And I've never cared, because I like them so much as people.
But she said she "can't get over it". So, I'm now down to 2 friends left. One lives in Canada and the other one has severe knee problems and can't get out much anymore.
God damn I despise this shit and getting old!!

Therein lies the truth of the matter. That "inclusivity" stuff is nonsense just as calling themselves "Democrats".
