More than half-a-million letters already are set to be delivered to the 247 GOP members of the U.S. House as soon as they convene in the new year, urging them to replace John Boehner as speaker.
The 510,000 letters that already have been put into the pipeline for delivery — barely a week after the campaign began — would make up a stack nearly 167 feet tall.

Boehner is still better than a lot of republicans! America needs to refocus on infrastructure, science, r&d and reforming our educational system before we evolve into a third world shit hole.

Of course, we all know that you support defunding it all and that's why you're pissed.

It isn't just a matter of "dumping Boehner".

You need a viable alternative who will garner more votes than he does from the entire House membership.

If you don't have someone capable of stepping up to the plate that has a majority of the House behind them then Boehner can just buy up the Dem votes and about 25-30 Republican votes and he remains speaker.

Try thinking this through first.

Why would you want to get rid of Boehner?

Under his leadership, the GOP House Caucus went from 178 in 2008 to 247 in 2014! DESPITE losing a presidential election in between.
